About the Role

PrepQ School of Commerce is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, engaging with prospective customers, and converting leads into enrollments through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and convert leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and direct customer engagement.
* Understand prospective students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
* Handle the complete lead-to-conversion cycle, from initial interaction to enrollment.
* Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets consistently.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely conversions.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



conversions, and customer interactions.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.

What We're Looking For

* 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, Counselling, or a related role.
* EdTech experience is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
* Comfortable with telecalling and target-driven sales.
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
