Role Overview :
We are looking for an Account Manager – Client Servicing to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of digital marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client communication
Understand client requirements and brief internal teams
Coordinate with design, content, and digital marketing teams
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
Maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:




2+ years experience in client servicing / account management
Experience in a digital marketing agency preferred
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or Mass Communication
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Robust desktop skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, content or copywriting
Digital marketing certifications are an advantage
