We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who has already scaled D2C brands and knows how to turn ad spend into profitable growth.
If you've managed large budgets, obsessed over MER, ROAS, CAC, and LTV, and have experience running campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
Scale profitable acquisition while maintaining target CAC and ROAS
Build full-funnel strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Work closely with creative, design, and content teams to test winning ad creatives
Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
Manage attribution, tracking, pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics
Execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
Monitor key metrics like ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, CTR, CVR, and CPM
Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights

What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing
Hands-on experience managing D2C/eCommerce brands
Robust expertise in:
Meta Ads




Google Ads
TikTok Ads
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K+ is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools
Comfortable working with creative testing frameworks
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points
Experience with email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo)
Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization
Experience with influencer whitelisting and UGC campaigns
Familiarity with attribution platforms and server-side tracking
