The role is responsible for acquiring, managing, and strengthening relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, corporates, promoters, investors, and financial institutions by providing integrated wealth management and investment banking solutions. The incumbent will drive business development, originate fund-raising and advisory mandates, deliver customized investment and financial solutions, and ensure superior client service while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, corporates, promoters, investors, and financial institutions to drive business growth, increase Assets Under Management (AUM), and originate mandates for wealth management and investment banking services.

Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and market intelligence for wealth advisory, debt and equity fund-raising, mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), and other financial advisory assignments.

Understand clients' financial objectives,



business requirements, risk profile, and funding needs to provide customized wealth management, investment, and corporate finance solutions.

Advise clients on investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equities, Bonds, Structured Products, Retirement Planning, and other financial solutions while recommending appropriate asset allocation and portfolio strategies.

Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, performance evaluations, and strategic discussions with clients to ensure investments remain aligned with their financial goals and prevailing market conditions.

Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and economic developments to identify business opportunities, provide market insights to clients, strengthen long-term relationships.

Required Qualifications
Skilled certifications such as CA/CFA/ NISM/ MBA in Finance or equivalent will be an added advantage.
3–5 years of experience in Wealth
