Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Money Lancer’s product verticals, including mutual funds, insurance, loans, and other investment solutions.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and presenting appropriate solutions in line with company offerings. The role involves maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Business Development Manager also conducts market research, participates in promotional activities, and provides feedback to leadership on product and process improvements to drive growth.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within financial services, wealth management, or related sectors.
Strong client acquisition and retention skills, including prospecting, networking, and consultative selling.
Solid understanding of investment and financial product
