Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Karvir. The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies for Electres’ BESS and EV charging solutions, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.



The Area Sales Manager will identify and engage prospective commercial and industrial customers, conduct product presentations and technical discussions with decision-makers, and coordinate proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations. This role will work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution scoping, timely project delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing feedback to inform product and go‑to‑market strategies, while maintaining detailed sales reports and CRM records.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in energy, industrial equipment, renewable energy, or related technology sectors.
