We’re looking for a sharp, data-obsessed Performance Marketer to join Offline by The Happy Hour - India’s biggest offline dating brand, known for our crazy marketing, sold-out experiences & campaigns people actually remember.
And yes, we were featured on Shark Tank India Season 5. ?

What you’ll be doing
You’ll own the performance engine behind our dating experiences + travel business - from getting people to discover us to getting them to actually click, enquire, apply & pay.

You’ll be:
Running and scaling Meta + Google Ads
Building campaigns that actually drive conversions, not vanity metrics
Managing budgets and ROAS like they’re your own money
Constantly testing creatives, audiences, funnels, copy & landing pages
Analysing CAC, CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS and figuring out WHY the numbers moved
Working closely with the creative team to turn good content into high-performing ads
Building performance strategies for trips, events, launches and campaigns




Finding opportunities to scale what works — and killing what doesn't
Tracking the entire funnel from ad → lead → conversion → revenue

? THE NON-NEGOTIABLE
You MUST have worked with a travel company.
We need someone who genuinely understands the travel purchase funnel - lead generation, trip enquiries, consideration periods, urgency, pricing, conversion windows and the wonderfully chaotic behaviour of people deciding whether they’re going on a trip.
Experience with travel, experiences, events or D2C is a huge plus.
