We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Regulatory Change Business Analyst/Project Manager.

In this role, you will:

As a Business Analyst within HSBC’s NFR & Supervision function, you will play a central role in supporting the delivery of regulatory change and ensuring ongoing compliance across Markets & Securities Services. The position requires you to operate within HSBC’s established change framework, working to interpret and document both business and regulatory requirements. Your efforts will help ensure that data controls, reporting processes,



and system designs are robust, effective, and aligned with both internal policies and external regulatory standards.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues from a range of disciplines and geographies, fostering explicit communication and shared understanding across the organisation. The role involves engaging with complex regulatory requirements and translating them into practical solutions that support HSBC’s commitment to compliance and operational excellence. By bridging the gap between technical detail and strategic objectives, you will contribute to the successful delivery of regulatory initiatives and the ongoing enhancement of HSBC’s control environment.
