About the Role
We are looking for an HR Executive cum Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions, along with supporting day-to-day HR operations.
The role will involve approximately 80% recruitment and 20% HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – 80%
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
* Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
* Schedule and coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interviews.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Coordinate salary discussions, offers, and joining formalities.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
HR Operations – 20%
* Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, salary revision, experience, and relieving letters.
* Maintain attendance and leave records.
* Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
* Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
* Assist with background verification and other HR processes.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in HR with strong recruitment exposure.
* Hands-on experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment
