Role Description The Facilities Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of the company’s manufacturing and office facilities. This role oversees building maintenance,



utilities, and equipment, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades. The Facilities Manager monitors facility-related budgets, tracks inventory of tools and supplies, and ensures adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Daily tasks include inspecting facilities, resolving infrastructure issues, managing housekeeping and security services, and supporting production teams with facility-related needs. The role also involves planning for capacity expansion, implementing process improvements, and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance.
Qualifications
Robust facilities management skills, including building maintenance, equipment upkeep, and vendor coordination.
Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations applicable to manufacturing and cosmetic production environments.
