About the Role
We are looking for a professional, confident, and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our team in Indore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent communication skills, and can efficiently manage front desk operations, customer queries, visitor coordination, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, queries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and guests with a warm and professional approach.
Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, appointments, and visitor coordination.
Provide accurate information about the co-working space, facilities, services, and available options to visitors and customers.
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper coordination during visits.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth operations.




Support administrative activities, documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
Maintain a professional and organized reception/front-office workplace.
Handle multiple responsibilities while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and basic computer operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional, presentable, and confident personality.
Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
