Role Description The Financial Controller at Accor in Lucknow is a full-time, in office role responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the property. This role includes managing accounting functions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with corporate and regulatory standards. The Financial Controller monitors budgets, forecasts, cash flow,



and cost controls to support profitable and sustainable operations. Daily tasks involve analyzing financial performance, supporting internal and external audits, implementing internal controls, and partnering with operational leaders to guide financial decision-making. The role also includes mentoring finance team members, improving financial processes, and contributing to strategic planning for the hotel.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Accounting and Finance, with a solid understanding of hotel or hospitality finance practices.
