Job Duties/Essential Functions:
The Manager provides leadership and effective management of team members as outlined in IT Management Role and Responsibilities
Leads and develops a multidisciplinary team that may include Product Owners, Analytics Translators, Data Engineers, BI Engineers, Data Analysts, and Quality Engineers , SRE,



and Operations teams located across regions or time zones.
Builds organizational capability by assessing workforce capacity and skill gaps, developing hiring and training plans, mentoring emerging leaders, and creating clear career paths.
Creates an inclusive, high-accountability environment in which different perspectives are actively sought, employees understand how their work contributes to business outcomes, and teams can raise risks or concerns early.
Defines and executes a multi-year global BI and data analytics strategy, product portfolio, and roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities, regional needs, and the broader data and technology strategy.
Establishes a global operating model that combines enterprise standards and reusable data products with appropriate flexibility for regional and functional business requirements.
Translates strategy into measurable objectives, quarterly priorities, delivery plans, resource and budget requirement
