Role Description •
Maintain the speed of service as per TAT – SR (95% in 1 hour) & IR (95% in 4 hours)
• MS,IR,SR - NPS to be maintained at >70
• Plan on achieving BPs revenue target




• AMC retention for the month to be 100%
• Ensuring all the BPs and STs achieve the below:
o Mandatory Service – > 95%
o IC to IC conversion – > 60% for the month
o IW to IC conversion – > 30% for the month
o 24 hours Installation Request – > 95%
• BPST Recruitment and Productivity
• BPST on the job training - products, soft skills &
training feedback to reduce repeat calls
• Handling Escalations
• S code compliance
• Shadow working with STs – 5 each day
Qualifications
. Must be experienced in Water Softener
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management for field or service teams.
Solid skills in service delivery and IT service management, including use of relevant tools and platforms.
Proven ability in operations management and budgeting for territory or regional service functions.
Experience in service operations for water treatment, consumer durables, or related technical products is
