Key Responsibilities
1. Third Party Due Diligence Execution
* Conduct TPDD for all counterparties in line with internal policy and
regulatory standards
* Collect and verify KYC/AML documentation and assess depth of due diligence
required
* Investigate counterparties for adverse information, reputational risks, and
compliance concerns
* Perform sanction and PEP screening and recommend approval with associated
risk insights
* Advise business teams on mitigation plans for flagged or high-risk third
parties
1. Documentation and Reporting
* Maintain accurate records of TPDD reports, approvals, and exception cases
* Prepare MIS dashboards and ensure adherence to defined SLAs
* Oversee third-party registration and documentation workflows
1. Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaborate with business representatives, department heads, and functional
leads
* Coordinate with master data management teams for document collection and
validation
1. Team Coordination and Oversight
* Support team in executing due diligence across counterparties and third
parties
* Ensure database accuracy and regular updates in coordination with
stakeholders
* Lead TPDD team engagement, development, and performance alignment
1. Ad-Hoc Support
* Execute additional assignments as directed by the Security Function
* Ensure alignment with conflict of interest, anti-corruption, and AML
regulations
