About the Role:
We are looking for a high-ownership professional to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the Founder across growth, revenue, partnerships, strategic initiatives, and business operations.
This is not a traditional strategy or coordination role. You will work on ambiguous business problems, bring structure to them, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across functions, learns quickly, communicates clearly, and can seamlessly move between strategy and execution.

What You’ll Own:




• Work closely with the Founder on high-priority initiatives across growth, revenue, partnerships, and business expansion.
• Convert business priorities and ideas into structured plans with explicit owners, timelines, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial thinking through execution and closure.
• Track key business metrics, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare business reviews, presentations, proposals, financial analyses, and decision-making documents.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure critical initiatives move forward effectively.
• Take ownership of emerging business problems and drive them through to resolution.
• Help build processes and operating rhythms as the company scales.
