About The Role
We are looking for a Video-First Designer who thinks beyond traditional editing and brings together design, motion, storytelling, visual craft and emerging AI tools to create high-quality video content for the brand.
The role sits at the intersection of Graphic Design, Motion Design, Video Editing and AI-powered content creation. You should be comfortable taking a creative idea from a static visual or rough brief and turning it into an engaging video—from concept and visualization to animation, editing, sound and final delivery.
You will work closely with the Creative, CGI Content and Brand Marketing teams to create video-first communication across social, digital, campaigns, product storytelling, retail and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Video & Motion Design
Create engaging video content across digital campaigns, social media, product communication and brand initiatives consistent with the brand's visual identity.
Translate creative concepts and static design systems into dynamic, motion-led experiences.
Design and animate typography, graphics,



transitions, product visuals and brand assets.
Develop short-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and other digital formats.
Work across multiple aspect ratios and formats including 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9.

Editing & Post-Production
Own video editing from raw footage to final output using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Build sophisticated motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
Handle basic compositing, colour correction, sound design and audio synchronisation.
Work with footage, photography, CGI, stock, typography, graphic assets and generated content to create cohesive films.
Maintain robust attention to pacing, transitions, visual hierarchy and storytelling.

AI & Generative Content
Actively integrate AI tools into the creative and production workflow rather than treating AI as an experimental add-on.
