The company’s go-to-market strategy focuses on D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade, pairing premium packaging with an active, on-the-go lifestyle. Bubz aims to make functional beverages mainstream in India by delivering drinks that are cool, social, and aspirational, without compromises or gimmicks.
Role Description The Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that drive brand visibility,



distribution, and revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include identifying and evaluating potential partners across D2C, quick commerce, contemporary trade, gyms, cafés, and lifestyle brands, and leading end-to-end partnership negotiations. The role involves developing joint business plans, managing partner accounts, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth execution of co-marketing and activation campaigns. The Partnerships Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with overall brand strategy and to optimize terms, pricing, and promotions. This role also requires regular market research, performance analysis, and reporting to leadership with clear recommendations for scaling successful collaborations.
