About the role:
We are looking for a Head of Diagnostics to build and scale our diagnostics vertical from the ground up. This is a founder-mindset,



high-ownership role for someone who has either built a diagnostics business before or has deep operating experience in the diagnostics/pathology/imaging space and is ready to run it end-to-end strategy, P&L;, operations, and team. You will own the full 0→1 journey: defining the business model, setting up operations (lab/collection/partner network), building the team, driving revenue, and owning the P&L.;

Key Responsibilities:

Business Building (0→1)
• Define the go-to-market strategy for the diagnostics vertical service lines, target segments, pricing, and channel mix
• Design the operating model: in-house labs vs. partner/franchise labs, sample collection logistics, turnaround times, and quality processes
• Identify and close partnerships with labs, diagnostic chains, equipment vendors, and collection networks

P&L; Ownership
• Own the full P&L; for the diagnostics business revenue, cost structure, margins, and profitability
