About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can turn ideas into compelling visual content that captures attention, communicates clearly and drives campaign performance. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, education, technology and entrepreneurship, creating everything from high-converting Meta ad creatives and short-form videos to event visuals, webinar content and marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts, experiment with different hooks, headlines and visual styles, and continuously improve content based on performance. From designing premium static creatives to editing scroll-stopping videos with solid storytelling, subtitles and compelling CTAs, you will play a key role in shaping how our brand communicates with its audience.

We are looking for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with a performance-driven mindset—someone who understands that great creative is not just about looking good, but about making people stop, engage and take action.

Role & Responsibilities

Design static creatives for Facebook & Instagram ads, including story creatives, carousels and landing page banners.
Create WhatsApp and email campaign visuals, event banners, speaker cards, countdown posts and thumbnails.
Edit 15-60 second hook-driven video ads for Meta, Reels, YouTube Shorts and testimonial videos.
Create event highlights, speaker clips, promos, post-event recaps and podcast/webinar clips.
Add subtitles and captions in English, Hindi and Hinglish.
Create 5-10 variations of a creative and iterate based on performance until we find a winner.
