Role Overview
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the POD that builds and operates Valeo's compliance and finance platforms across KSA and the UAE. Your POD owns the integrations that keep Valeo legal and running — connecting to national health data exchanges (NABIDH, Malaffi, Riayati, NPHIES) and to Saudi Arabia's ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) — end-to-end, from design and build through certification, go-live, and ongoing operation.

This is a backend- and integration-heavy role where correctness is non-negotiable — regulators, auditors, and patients depend on it. Driving AI adoption is a must:



you will build AI into the platforms and roll out AI-assisted engineering across the team, while holding an uncompromising bar on data privacy and security (HIPAA, ISO 27001, UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL).
