ABOUT THE ROLE
MOSart Labs is looking for highly motivated, target-driven individuals with a solid interest in sales to join our team as Academic Counsellors – Inside Sales.

This is a target-based Inside Sales role where you will interact with prospective students, understand their career goals and requirements, counsel them on suitable programs, handle queries and objections, and convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong convincing and negotiation abilities,



good follow-up skills, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand students' academic background, career goals, requirements, and concerns.
• Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable VLSI and semiconductor programs.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments through effective communication and consultative selling.
• Explain program details, career opportunities, fee structure, and other relevant information to prospective students.
• Handle student queries, objections, and concerns effectively and move prospects towards enrolment.
• Conduct consistent and timely follow-ups with prospective students.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and provide professional, student-focused guidance throughout the admission process.
