Role:
We are looking for a Sales Manager – Maharashtra & Goa to drive regional revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships and develop a strong enterprise sales pipeline.

The Sales Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for regional sales performance, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition, strategic accounts, CXO engagement, pipeline development, consultative selling and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Maharashtra & Goa.
Build and maintain a minimum 3X qualified sales pipeline and ensure healthy current-quarter coverage.




Identify and develop target accounts, new customers and business opportunities across the region.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, Quality, QA/QC, Manufacturing, IT and Business leaders.
Drive recent customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.
Adopt consultative and value-based enterprise selling, focusing on customer challenges, business outcomes, ROI and digital transformation.
Build a strong professional network and generate opportunities through CXO networking, industry forums, conferences, business meetings and customer events.
Work with Presales/Sales Enablement teams on proposals, presentations, quotations, pricing and commercial calculations.
Maintain accurate Zoho CRM data, opportunity progression, next actions and sales forecasts.
Track competitor activity, pricing, market trends and customer requirements and provide actionable insights to the Business Head and Product tea
