We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager – Supply Chain Finance who can manage customer and partner relationships, understand financing requirements, coordinate documentation and drive cases through the complete processing cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Source, Handle and manage financing cases for Bill Discounting, Leasing and Working Capital Term Loans.
Understand client business profiles, funding requirements and financial information.
Coordinate with clients, DSAs, channel partners and lending partners throughout the loan process.




Collect and review required financial and business documents.
Coordinate with credit, operations and lending teams for smooth case processing.
Follow up on pending documents, queries, approvals and disbursements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
Support channel partners in identifying and structuring suitable financing opportunities.
Maintain proper case records, MIS and follow-up through Excel and email.
Use technology and LLM/AI tools to improve communication, productivity and case management.

Key Selection Criteria
Must Have:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with a Bank, NBFC or DSA.
Experience in Retail Loans / Business Loans / Loan Processing preferred.
Strong understanding of the lending and loan processing cycle.
Fluent in English, with positive verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of MS Excel.
