About the Role
We are looking for a Video Producer – Pre-Production who can take video projects from an initial brief to a well-planned and production-ready shoot. The ideal candidate will have solid creative thinking, storytelling, scripting, and production planning skills, with experience working at leading advertising, design, or marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
Understand business, marketing, and campaign objectives and translate them into compelling video concepts and creative ideas.
Develop scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and detailed production plans.
Plan production schedules, locations, equipment, budgets, resources, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, production houses, talent, and vendors.
Manage approvals, permissions, logistics, and other requirements to ensure shoots are production-ready.
Work closely with creative and production teams to establish the visual direction and storytelling approach for each project.
Production
Manage end-to-end video shoots including corporate films, interviews,



product videos, promotional campaigns, customer testimonials, events, and social media content.
Coordinate and supervise videographers, camera crews, lighting, audio, talent, and other production teams.
Ensure the execution aligns with the approved concept, storyboard, brand guidelines, and production plan.
Handle on-ground production challenges and ensure shoots are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Post-Production Coordination
Work with editors, motion designers, and creative teams to ensure the final output aligns with the approved creative direction.
Review edits and provide creative feedback on editing, color, sound, motion graphics, subtitles, and overall storytelling.
Ensure videos are optimized for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and internal communication channels.
