Position: Boiler Operator
Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Certification: First Class / Second Class Boiler Attendant Certificate preferred
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor boilers safely and efficiently.
Maintain required steam pressure, temperature, water level and fuel consumption.
Monitor boiler parameters and maintain daily operational records.
Conduct routine inspection of boiler, pumps, valves and associated equipment.
Handle boiler start-up, shutdown and emergency operations as per SOP.
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Ensure proper water treatment and maintain boiler feed-water quality.
Follow boiler safety procedures, PPE requirements and statutory regulations.
Maintain logbooks, checklists and operational reports.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for uninterrupted operation.
