Outreach Manager – Delhi NCR

Position Overview
Amity University is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven and results-oriented Outreach Manager – Delhi NCR to lead and strengthen the University's outreach initiatives across the Delhi-NCR region. The role will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools, principals, counsellors, educators, education networks and other key stakeholders to enhance Amity University's visibility, engagement and student recruitment pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and networking skills, a strong understanding of the
Delhi-NCR education ecosystem, and the ability to design and execute high-impact outreach programs that deliver measurable institutional outcomes.

Role Objective
To establish Amity University as a preferred higher-education partner for schools across Delhi-NCR by building robust institutional relationships, creating meaningful student engagement opportunities, generating a high-quality admissions pipeline and delivering measurable outreach outcomes.





Key Responsibilities
1. School & Institutional Outreach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, school groups, principals, vice principals, career counsellors and senior educators across Delhi-NCR.
• Identify and establish partnerships with new schools and educational institutions.
• Develop and maintain a structured school engagement and outreach calendar covering the academic year.
• Organize and coordinate school visits, university visits, career sessions, seminars, workshops and interactive student engagements.
• Build long-term institutional partnerships rather than one-time engagement opportunities.
2. Student & Parent Engagement
• Conduct and coordinate career guidance sessions, university presentations, counselling sessions, webinars and student interaction programs.
