Role Description The Junior Presales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves supporting the sales team by qualifying leads, preparing initial solution proposals, and assisting with responses to client inquiries and formal requests. Day-to-day tasks include researching prospective clients,



coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information, and preparing presentations, demos, and basic documentation for presales activities. The Junior Presales Executive will engage with potential customers to understand their needs, provide timely follow-up, and ensure a smooth handover to the sales and account management teams. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, contributing to bid and RFP processes, and supporting continuous improvement of presales workflows.
