? Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to drive employee engagement, people-connect and retention initiatives across the organisation. The role will involve planning and executing engagement activities for corporate as well as fleet, hub, rider and field support teams. The role will also support performance management, employee recognition, HR analytics, audits and key employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should be a strong executor with excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

? What You Will Do





Plan and independently drive regular employee engagement activities, events and initiatives, ensuring strong employee participation and engagement.
Develop and execute engagement initiatives specifically for fleet, hubs, riders and field support teams, considering their unique workforce requirements.
Build robust employee connect, understand people's concerns, and identify opportunities to improve employee experience, morale and retention.
Develop and execute employee retention initiatives and action plans based on employee feedback, attrition trends and business requirements.
Plan and coordinate quarterly and annual employee awards and recognition programs, including award categories, nominations, coordination and execution.
Support the performance evaluation/appraisal process, including planning, communication, coordination, tracking and closure of the cycle.
