Role Description The School Program Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram.



This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing school-based training programs, including scheduling classes, managing program timelines, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Coordinator will liaise with school authorities, trainers, students, and internal teams to support program delivery, monitor attendance and performance, and address queries or issues promptly. The role also involves supporting program development, maintaining accurate records and reports, organizing orientations and events, and ensuring adherence to Anudip’s quality standards and guidelines. The School Program Coordinator will contribute to continuous improvement by collecting feedback, tracking outcomes, and assisting with outreach and awareness activities as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Program Development skills to plan, implement, and improve school-based initiatives.
