About The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Agency - Account Manager to directly manage key client accounts, lead strategy and ensure great work gets delivered.

You will be directly involved in the day-to-day management of your accounts, working closely with clients and internal teams across strategy, creative, social, media and performance.

We’re looking for someone who can understand a client's business deeply, bring proactive thinking to the table, build solid relationships and take complete ownership of getting things done.
What You'll Do:

Be the primary day-to-day owner of assigned client accounts.
Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted partner to their marketing teams.
Understand the client's business, category, consumers, competition and marketing objectives.
Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable plans for internal teams.
Lead and contribute to brand, social and digital strategy.
Work closely with Creative, Content,



Social, Media and Performance teams to deliver strong work.
Have a strong understanding of social media, digital marketing and current platform trends.
Understand performance marketing and paid media well enough to guide conversations and evaluate recommendations.
Review work critically and ensure quality before it reaches the client.
Proactively identify opportunities, ideas and campaigns that can add value to the client's business.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to pitches and new business.
Manage timelines, priorities, budgets and expectations across multiple projects.
Keep clients and internal teams aligned, motivated and moving forward.
Take ownership when things go wrong and drive them towards resolution.

What We're Looking For:
5–8 years of experience in a digital marketing, advertising or integrated agency.
Strong experience in hands-on account management
