About Position:

What You'll Do:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Microservices.
Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Estimate development efforts, plan activities, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.




Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and DevOps teams.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and security standards.
Drive process improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
Mentor junior developers and help build technical capabilities within the organization.
Support Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
