Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Manager role based in Kozhikode. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll and benefits in coordination with finance, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture,



handling conflict resolution, conducting periodic reviews, and advising management on workforce planning and organizational development. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and maintain high standards in employee experience.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Human Resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR documentation best practices.
Experience with HRIS tools, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR data reporting.
Ability to design and support training, development, and talent retention initiatives.
