Role Objective:
KRA – VCMS Team | Creative Resizing & Adaptation Designer

To efficiently adapt client-provided static creatives, videos, and promotional content into various sizes, resolutions, aspect ratios, and formats required for different digital screens, ensuring 100% accuracy, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining the original creative intent and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Resizing & Adaptation - Resize and adapt client-provided creatives according to different screen specifications
2. Video Resizing & Formatting - Adapt videos for various screen sizes, resolutions and formats.
3. Accuracy & Quality Control - Ensure text, logos, images, offers and other elements remain accurate and properly positioned
4. Client/Team Coordination - Understand briefs, clarify specifications and communicate issues or missing information.
5. File Management & Process Adherence - Maintain proper naming, folder structure, versions and final deliverables.

Social Media Creative Design - Design posts and visual content for social media platforms.
7. Brochure & Marketing Collateral Design - Design brochures, flyers, leaflets, presentations and other promotional materials.
8. Event Banner & Promotional Design - Design banners, standees, backdrops, posters and other event-related creatives.
Detailed KRA Responsibilities:
1. VCMS Creative Resizing & Adaptation
Resize client-provided creatives for different digital screen specifications.
Adapt artwork to multiple dimensions and aspect ratios.
Ensure proper positioning of logos, text, images and other elements.
Maintain the original creative intent while adapting designs.
Ensure no stretching, distortion, improper cropping or loss of key information.
Handle bulk resizing requirements efficiently.
