/ The Role
You'll own the infrastructure that keeps our agentic firewall and SOC running — cloud, systems, network and hardware, end to end. This is a standard AI Ops role applied to a live cybersecurity product: no ticket queue, no hand-holding — you build it, run it, and automate it so it doesn't need you to repeat yourself.

NOTE: It is a 6-month on-site internship with a guaranteed full time conversion.

/ Key Responsibilities
Cloud infrastructure — deploy, monitor and maintain AI/ML workloads and supporting infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
Linux systems — provision, configure, harden and troubleshoot servers end to end.
Networking — set up and debug TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs and firewalls for internal infra and product testing.




Hardware — support evaluation and integration of components used in firewall appliance builds.
AI Automation — build CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/alerting and scripts that kill repetitive ops work permanently.
Collaboration — work directly with engineering on infrastructure for the agentic SOC and firewall platform.
Documentation — keep infra setup, runbooks and SOPs current and usable.

Cloud & Linux fundamentals — working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP core services, and hands-on Linux administration.
