About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Trainee with a Commerce background who is willing to learn and build a career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Finance & Accounts team with day-to-day accounting activities.
Maintain and update financial data in MS Excel.
Assist with vendor/customer data and basic reconciliation activities.
Support invoice processing, documentation, and data entry.
Maintain and organize financial records and reports.
Assist seniors with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.
Learn and support various finance and accounting processes.
Required Skills
Commerce background is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of accounting concepts.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.




Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work with numbers and financial data.
Willingness to learn new processes and accounting tools.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Tally / ERP / SAP will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, or reconciliation is a plus.

The ideal candidate should be a Commerce graduate/fresher who has positive Excel and communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a strong interest in developing a career in Finance & Accounts.
