As a Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) Expert, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that improve product, process, and project value across Molex businesses. Working closely with Business Units and cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify, evaluate, and drive opportunities that optimize cost, performance, quality, manufacturability, and customer value without compromising reliability, safety, or customer requirements.

You will apply structured Value Methodology to transform insights from engineering, benchmarking, manufacturing, sourcing, and market intelligence into actionable opportunities that create measurable business impact. This role combines technical expertise, facilitation skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence teams across a global organization.

You will join the Global Engineering Solutions (GES) organization as part of the Value Engineering Capability team. Our team partners with product engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, operations,



and business leaders across Molex to identify value creation opportunities, drive innovation, and enhance competitiveness through disciplined Value Analysis and Value Engineering practices.

What You Will Do

Lead Value Analysis and Value Engineering studies using structured Value Methodology from project definition through implementation and value realization.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops that bring together engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, operations, and business stakeholders to identify and develop high-value opportunities.
Translate customer needs, technical requirements, and business objectives into functional models that drive value-focused decision-making.
Analyze products, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for cost optimization, complexity reduction, performance improvement, and enhanced customer value.
