As a Senior Product Development Engineer - Connector Design, you will provide technical leadership for the development of creative connector, interconnect, cable assembly, and high-speed connectivity products serving industrial, automotive, networking, and data communication markets. You will drive complex product development programs from concept through qualification and production launch while influencing technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable, and manufacturable solutions.

Our team works closely with global engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, marketing, product management, suppliers, and customers to develop industry-leading connectivity solutions that enable a more connected world. What You Will Do

Lead the development of connector, interconnect,



cable assembly, and networking products from concept through production launch and lifecycle support.
Translate customer requirements and market needs into technical solutions, product architectures, design requirements, and engineering execution plans.
Drive technical decision-making throughout design, validation, qualification, and release activities while ensuring alignment with quality, cost, schedule, and reliability objectives.
Lead design reviews, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cross-functional engineering discussions to drive robust product development outcomes.
Apply engineering expertise in plastic, sheet metal, casting, plated, and electromechanical component design to create manufacturable and reliable products.
Drive DFMEA, risk mitigation planning, validation strategies, and evidence-based qualification decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
