Coordinate the day-to-day academic and administrative functioning of the Pre-Primary section.
Guide and mentor Pre-Primary teachers in lesson planning, classroom management and activity-based learning.
Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson plans, assessments and student progress.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Promote play-based, experiential and child-centred learning practices.
Plan and coordinate activities, celebrations, assemblies, events and special programmes.
Maintain academic records, student portfolios, planners and other required documentation.
Communicate effectively with parents and address academic or developmental concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the Principal and Academic Team for smooth functioning of the section.
Ensure classrooms are safe, hygienic, well-organised and developmentally appropriate.
Support teacher training,
orientation and professional development initiatives.
Ensure adherence to school policies, CBSE guidelines and academic standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate with NTT / ECCEd / Montessori / D.El.Ed / B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching, with experience in a Coordinator/Senior Teacher role preferred.
Solid knowledge of early childhood education and child-centred teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership and team-management skills.
Creative, organised, patient and passionate about working with young children.
Ability to effectively handle parents, teachers and school leadership.
