VP – Marketing to lead the organization's performance and digital marketing function for a fast-growing flex-workspace operator, with primary responsibility for driving qualified lead generation, improving digital acquisition, optimizing marketing ROI, and building scalable growth channels. The role also oversees the Graphics & Creative team, ensuring creative output supports campaign performance while maintaining robust, consistent visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing & Growth
- Own the overall performance marketing strategy across paid digital channels
- Drive qualified lead generation through Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Manage campaign strategy, audience targeting, budgets, bidding, optimization and scaling
- Continuously improve CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality and overall marketing ROI
- Identify and test new channels, audiences and acquisition opportunities

Marketing Funnel & Conversion
- Own performance across the digital funnel from traffic/lead generation to conversion




- Work closely with Sales to understand lead quality and improve marketing-to-sales conversion
- Optimize landing pages, campaigns, targeting and customer journeys based on performance data
- Build effective remarketing and lead-nurturing strategies

Marketing Analytics & ROI
- Establish dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, attribution, funnel metrics and ROI
- Analyse performance across channels and make data-backed decisions on budget allocation
- Present marketing performance, insights and growth recommendations to senior leadership

Digital Strategy
- Develop the overall digital acquisition roadmap aligned with business and revenue objectives
- Oversee SEO, website performance, digital journeys and other acquisition channels
- Stay current on platform changes, emerging channels, AI-led marketing tools and evolving digital behaviour

Creative & Graphics Team Leadership
- Lead and oversee the Graphics & Creative
