Position Summary

Manage the day-to-day operations of the switchgear production line, ensuring production schedules are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of product quality,



safety, and operational efficiency. Lead the execution of manufacturing activities to meet customer requiremen

production planning, process control, and workforce management. Drive continuous

improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce defects, improve first-pass yield, and

ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The candidate should have hands-on manufacturing experience with switchgear, switchboards, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), or power distribution equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management and Control

Inspect the quality of switchgear assembly and wiring.
Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards.
Manage inspection and testing processes of products.
