About the role
You'll own technical hiring end-to-end: backend, mobile, AI/ML, product engineering. Sourcing, screening, coordination, closing. This is niche, specialised hiring for high-performance, high-impact roles. You'll work closely with the founders and engineering leads, and you'll build the pipeline from scratch.
What we're looking for
2 to 3.5 years of hands-on recruitment experience is mandatory for this role, along with in-house experience at a product company closing technical roles end-to-end on your own.
