What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Go Fishing (Sourcing): Hunt for talent across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus networks because the best candidates aren't always the ones who apply first
Post It Everywhere: Get our openings live across multiple job boards and portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre, campus portals you name it) and keep them fresh and updated
Resume Detective Work: Sift through applications and spot the gems quick, sharp resume screening against what the role actually needs
Shortlist Like a Pro: Rank candidates and build a tight, quality shortlist no fluff, just fit
Pick Up the Phone: Make the first call sell the role, gauge genuine interest, and check the basics (notice period, expectations, availability)
Run the First Chat:



Conduct first-level screening conversations to see who's got the communication chops and the right intent
Play Traffic Controller (Scheduling): Get shortlisted candidates on the calendar with hiring managers smoothly, quickly, no back-and-forth chaos
Keep the Scoreboard: Manage ATS, Maintain a live, clean candidate pipeline and whip up regular reports (sourced → screened → shortlisted → interviewed → hired)
Be the Candidate's Favourite Person: Timely follow-ups, clear communication because a excellent candidate experience is half the job
You'll Fit Right In If You:
Are pursuing/hold a degree in HR, Business, or literally anything (we care more about hustle than the major)
Can talk to strangers on the phone without breaking a sweat.
Have decent Excel/Sheets skills; bonus points if you've touched an ATS before
Are the kind of person who keeps 15 tabs open and still finds the right one instantly (aka organised)
