Job Description:
End to end recruitment - sourcing of candidates, Screening of profiles, coordinating with hiring teams, lining up for the interview, selection, offer management & post recruitment interactions with the candidate to understand his / her feel of BWDG.
Identify and utilize appropriate sourcing method effectively (Network referrals, advertising, internal referrals, Job Portals, postings, Mass mailers, Distribution lists, networking tools like LinkedIn, Google groups, twitter etc and effective use of recruitment vendor.
Create job descriptions and qualify all potential candidates – Prescreening process. (Telephonic / Face to Face wherever applicable).
