Role Description The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons that align with the academy’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills, assessing student progress through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves maintaining classroom discipline, creating an inclusive and supportive learning setting, and communicating regularly with colleagues and guardians about student development. This is a full-time,



on-site position based in Patna.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills for different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design structured, curriculum-aligned lessons.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear instruction and collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification or diploma in education is preferred.
- Prior classroom teaching experience, preferably in English, and familiarity with modern teaching methods and assessment practices.
- Ability to manage classrooms, use basic educational technology, and support diverse learners in an inclusive setting.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
