Summary:We are looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our COE- LearningSolutions team, who’d be able to enhance the learner experience through meticulous andstrategic writing and designing.The Senior Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for ideating, coordinating, andsupporting Learning Design activities.Senior LXDs will play a critical role in the end-to-end content creation process. Theresponsibilities would include working on how-to content for the customers in line with theguidelines specified by the client.We are looking for someone who not only has a flair for learning design and solutions butalso writing.Responsibilities: We are looking for someone who has:● Design, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences that align with theorganization's learning objectives● Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needsand develop appropriate solutions● Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to createengaging and effective learning experiences● Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and experiences and make necessaryrevisions● Stay up to date on the latest learning trends and technologies● Develop and maintain relationships with external learning providers● Provide guidance and support to other members of the Learning and Developmentteam● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines● Work independently and as part of a team● Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles● Advanced knowledge of planning and execution,
