and telecalling team to hit individual and team KPIsHandle key customer objections around annual commitments and payment termsTrack and improve Karnataka's conversion performance against benchmarksManage team incentive/commission structuresRepresent QUYNT in reviews with Alibaba India leadershipDesired Candidate Profile:10-20 years in B2B/channel sales, preferably in digital commerce or platformsProven experience owning a sales target or P&L; end-to-endStrong people-management skills across multi-function teamsHigh ownership mindset with hands-on execution abilityStrong data analysis and objection-handling skills
