The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AL/C-AL development, system architecture, integrations, and upgrade/migration projects, and will serve as a technical lead across client engagements.PRIMARY SKILLSET● Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT.● Should have a consulting approach for development, training, implementation, or supporting customers. ● Should have an idea about process cycle. 5-7 years of experience as a technical Consultant in a related industry. ● Strong understanding of C/AL programming. ● Understanding of Microsoft dynamics 365 environment topology and application architecture.



● Team player with robust communication skills and customer focus.RESPONSIBILITIES● Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics solutions are needed. ● Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central (on-prem and SaaS)● Lead technical design sessions with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions● Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.● Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, data models, deployment guides)● Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution architecture and technical scoping, as needed
