Job Title: Power BI Developer

Location: Pune / Mumbai

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Job Description:

Must Have:

8+ years of experience in Power BI and related technologies.

Proven experience as a technical lead on multiple BI projects.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong understanding of the BI lifecycle, including data engineering, data warehouse modeling, data marts, and reporting/visualization.

Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).

Knowledge of Flow licensing and automating business processes with Microsoft Power Automate/Flow.

Ability to create business processes and custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate/Flow.

Experience with API or services integrations and a firm understanding of implementing solutions with multiple data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex BI projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.

Oversee the BI lifecycle, including data engineering, data warehouse modeling, data marts,



and reporting/visualization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand customer requirements.

Develop and implement proactive solutions to meet business needs.

Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

Manage Flow licensing and automate business processes using Microsoft Power Automate/Flow.

Create business processes and custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate/Flow.

Integrate APIs and services, ensuring solutions are implemented with multiple data sources.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive and creative approach to solution building.
