We are a growing B2B SaaS company with a comprehensive ecosystem spanning a website, web dashboard, and mobile application. Our platform is utilized by some of the world’s largest organizations, top-tier U.S. businesses, practically majority of the world's biggest universities, nonprofits, and a global user base (I can't name the brands due to privacy and confidentiality).

Currently, our product is highly functional but visually bare-bones and developer-led. We are looking for a full time visionary designer to join us and transform our platform into a highly polished, premium experience that makes a definitive statement.

Our Design Philosophy To borrow a sentiment from Jony Ive: we believe that if you put intense care, passion, and craftsmanship into your work, the users can actually feel that energy. We aren't just looking for someone to churn out assets; we want a designer who understands that excellent design is about conveying feelings. You take such deep pride in your craft that you view every release as a signature piece of your best work.

What You Will Do (The Tactical)

You will own the visual language across our entire ecosystem, ensuring a fluid, consistent, and premium customer experience.

Asset Creation: Design high-quality graphic assets for marketing campaigns (Facebook ads, blog posts), the main website, product education/help videos, and in-product graphics.

UI/UX Excellence: Act as the guardian of our interface. You will dictate and enforce the foundational elements of our UI/UX, including typography, spacing, margins, color palettes, and component consistency.

Animation & Fluidity:



Bring our product to life by designing smooth, intuitive animations that enhance the way the product feels and reacts to user input.

Systemization: Audit our current design language, spot inconsistencies across platforms (web, dashboard, mobile), and unify them under a single, highly polished brand identity.

SaaS Experienced: You have a proven track record working in SaaS companies and understand the unique nuances of designing for complex software products.

A Passionate "Design Nerd": You live and breathe design. You are deeply well-read and can easily cite the foundational texts of the craft—like The Elements of Typographic Style—to back up your decisions.

Strongly Opinionated: You have strong taste and a deeply ingrained gut feeling for what makes great design. You aren't afraid to step up and "school" our team, pointing out exactly what is terrible, what is off, and how to fix it.

Pixel-Perfect & Proud: You obsess over the details and take immense pride in your output. You only want to sign off on work that you can look back on and confidently say, "This is some of the best work I've ever done."
